GPhoto in the Browser

A web interface to remote-control my DSLR via GPhoto. Change camera settings and trigger the shutter, all straight from the browser.

The interface talks to GPhoto2 on a Raspberry Pi that's connected to the DSLR over USB. In the browser I can adjust shutter speed, aperture and ISO, then fire the shutter at the press of a button. Handy for long exposures, timelapses, or when the camera is mounted on a tripod somewhere you can't easily reach.

The interface shows the current camera settings up top (1/40 shutter, F3.5 aperture, ISO 6400) with buttons to adjust them (Faster/Slower, Higher/Lower). Below that are all the available settings like white balance, image size, flash mode, and so on. At the bottom there's a green "Take a picture" button to trigger the shot.
